Refund policy

Elpida Cafe & Roastery is a small family-run business. We have a small number of staff members and so don't have the same economies of scale or resources that many multi-national corporations have. That being said, if you are not happy with your experience with our products, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make you 100% satisfied.
